Anxiety reduction - power of hibiscus

If you are suffering from

High cortisol ( aka you are stressed a lot)
Anxiety especially in the morning ๐ŸŒ„
Feeling fatigue and tired 2 to 3h after wake up ๐Ÿ˜ด

If you are a mum on top of that, then I feel you. You don't have a minute for yourself in the morning. Kids are screaming asking for socks, shoes, lunch boxes aren't ready, emails are coming, your mum is calling you and on top of that milk has been spilled on the counter. You just want to screem and get out!!! I know you, I feel you, I was you.

That is why I have created this powerful cortisol and anxiety reduction recipe drink to have once you feel it's one of those mornings.

Ingredients:

1. One hibiscus tea bag or 2 tbs of dry hibiscus tea leaves ๐Ÿƒ
2. Juice of 1/4 lemon ๐Ÿ‹
3. 1 tbs of honey or maple syrup
4. Pinch of cetric or Himalayas Salt ๐Ÿง‚
5. Coconut water

In the evening

In a pot boil 1l of filtered water
Add hibiscus tea bags or leaves and leave it to simmer for 10 to 20min until the water is reduced to 500ml

Drain the leaves and let water to cool down.

In the morning

In a glass jar ๐Ÿซ™

Add hibiscus tea
500ml coconut water ๐Ÿ’ง
1 tbs of honey or maple ๐Ÿ syrup
Pinch of salt ๐Ÿง‚
1/4 lemon juice

Shake well and have 2 cups in the morning ๐ŸŒ„

Rest enjoy with ice during the day ๐Ÿ™

If you are thinking, that is great but I DON'T have time to THINK about MYSELF, let alone prepare this drink then I get from where you are comming from.

But, I need to be 100% honest with you as that is what I am about.
